Due to the customization of all orders, they will be processed in the order they are received. Our current turn around time is approximately 2 weeks.
Shipping and Handling
Unless noted on the individual product page, all orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail service which takes 2 or 3 days to reach any address in the country. (Note: You must have a mail receptacle -- mail box or P.O. Box -- to receive USPS Priority Mail) You will receive an email from us notifying you of the shipment of your order. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Payment Options
Payment is due upon receipt of an order. Products will not be shipped until payment is received. Threads By Heather uses Paypal to process online orders. You can pay by credit card or e-check.
Sales Tax
Threads By Heather collects 7.25% sales tax on products shipped to residents of Texas.
Your Receipt
An order confirmation is emailed to you (the purchaser) immediately upon placing your order. Please save and/or print this order confirmation email for your records as it will serve as your receipt.
Return Policy
Our gifts are custom made for YOU...unfortunately, we can not accept any returns on our items. If you have any questions about an item, prior to ordering, please contact us!! We will answer all questions within one business day, or sooner.
